CONTENT WRITER

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research, plan, write engaging and informative content for our B2B business, articulate complex business workflows and process workflows to inspire readers.
  • Understand and convert complex technical information into appealing, easy to understand marketing content.
  • Responsible for writing engaging product/services descriptions, blog post, website content, case studies, press releases, social media post, white papers etc.
  • Drive blog program by inviting influencers and customers to write thought provoking blog content.
  • Interact with customers for inputs to write compelling content on their experience of using the product.
  • Ensure that content contains sufficient keywords for search engine optimization.
  • Meet tight deadlines, deliver on time and ensure high quality.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Candidate should possess 4-5 years of experience in B2B/ technical writing.
  • Fresher with excellent writing skills may also apply.
  • Should be able to understand/grasp complicated business concepts and write creative piece around it.
  • Excellent command over the English language, proficient in grammar and punctuation.
  • Excellent overall writing skills in a number of different styles/tones.
  • Should be able to format write-ups according to content briefs provided by various stakeholders.
  • Highly driven, self-motivated individual with a strong passion and proven flair for writing.
  • Have strong work ethics, team spirit and inter-personal skills.
  • Great research, organizational, and learning skills.
  • Ready to learn and implement various elements of digital marketing.
  • Fair understanding of social media platforms and marketing in general.
  • Technology enthusiast preferred.
